PLC Notes from the meeting held on 28 June 2010:

Clean the Bay Day: Awesome, rained, and lots of ticks.

AT/Loft Mountain: AT was painful (physically) and base camp was good. Need to schedule water proofing. Mark's dutch oven cooking and peach cobbler were good and should do dutch ovens again. Thing you needs for AT hike (food, water, extra pair of clothes, etc.) Merit badge was good on the base camp.

Upcoming/New Business: Next Tuesday we will plan for summer camp (Bayport). Loading trailer next week (need to do prerequisites for merit badges.) Mr.Cook is in charge of summer camp. Troop Jamboree day trip is canceled. Michael is the senior patrol leader for summer camp. USS Yorktown is in about a month. Oceanography and aviation will be offered on USS Yorktown trip, and we will be camping there overnight.
